Marketing budgets slump again as UK enters second Covid wave
The latest IPA Bellwether report shows a net balance of companies cutting their marketing budget fell to -41.%. This is a slight improvement on the record lows seen during the second quarter (-50.7%), when the majority of businesses were either temporarily closed or at reduced capacity under lockdown.
